There would be a state government theme. For example there would be a DMV ride, a board of education ride, a department of fish and game waterslide and people would be dressed as the governor, the state comptroller and the insurance comissioner.

It would be a musical theme park with various instruments and genres of music and all the employees would be adept at teaching people to play instruments. Strike that. I think the best theme park already exists -- The Summer of Love Exhibit at the Whitney Museum in NYC - headsets with music (Velvet Underground, Beatles, Hendrix, etc.) while touring psychedelic art-- paintings, photographs, sculptures, furniture, movies etc.
