I was infatuated with my rhetorical criticism and theory professor in college, natch. He was older and married with kids. I took every class he taught. He gave me straight A's but I still found every reason to drop in his office to discuss my grades. It was the closest I would ever get to dating him. P.S. he wrote me a retardedly glowing recommendation for my grad school apps, so I'm pretty sure he was madly in love with me too, K?
I don't know that I've ever had an "inappropriate" crush. I've had unattainable crushes, but I don't think those are inappropriate unless you intend to act on them. Probably the one that comes close, though, is the time I was single and I was getting subsidized child care and I started dating my case-manager. That was more inappropriate for him, though.
One of my best friend's older brother...it was really awkward there for a minute.
I had a huge crush on a nerdy young man in highschool.. and my friends stopped me for making a play for him with simple reasoning (he came to school early to play chess in the library... he stayed in the library at lunch playing dungeons and dragons, etc etc)... Nonetheless I thought he was pretty dreamy underneath the glasses. And years later I ran into him as adults and he was a model, and I totally made out with him.
I'm going to have to go with the identical twin brother of the guy I was dating, but you can see how that would happen. Brothers in general are trouble.
Also I have a crush on the caveman from the Geico commercials, which is weird and wrong, I know. But I'm a sucker for a guy who can make me laugh.
Yikes... Now I feel a bit worse for dating identical twins.:(

I had a crush on a step-cousin while in high school. Now that she's an ex-step-cousin, I'm not that into her.
Oh my god yes. How about entire inapropriate relationship? Ugh.
I went to private Catholic girls' school, and there were only three males on staff: nerdy chemistry teacher, fat dean of students, and Father Michael. It was pathetic to watch girls trip over themselves trying to flirt with Father Michael... doing bad things just so that they could confess to him, feigning a "crisis in faith" to get some "guidance" from him. Now that's fucked up.
I wasn't into him. Nope, I liked the nerdy chemistry professor.
