I wouldn't mind demolishing the British Museum and then distributing the wealth. I know Egypt wants their shit back.
No such thing as a "fresh cultural start," as culture is linked to history, and you can't wipe out historical culture or something. Demolishing art museums would be cool to watch, though!
The Guggenheim in NY should be demolished and then rebuilt without the sloping ramp design so that you can actually look at the art without leaning to one side the entire time. It's really distracting. Also, it would be okay if some of the art was accidentally destroyed in the process...like that blank canvas crap. or they could just move out all of the art and let people roller skate down the ramp. That would rule.
