coconut or banana cream pie
a martini
A pie made of only whip cream.
Pie: Lemon Meringue, (for same reason as above, lots of whipped cream).
Drink: A huge drink in a big, wide glass, so it's similar to dowsing someone with a bucket full of water. Maybe a one of those giant margaritas from Applebee's, which are usually blue or pink, which means the liquid's stickiness will add insult to injury.
i do recall hitting a certain phil green in the face with a chocolate-cream pie. furthermore, i do believe aforementioned pie was followed by a good dousing of spritzer water.
yeah, i have to steal all of tariann's answers to these two questions. the cream pies afre going to leave the clearest mark which, really, is the whole point. and a martini is not only strong, but also it is what they would throw in an old hollywood movie. very romantic.

If I really wanted to get somebody, I would throw a home run pie at them. It is very aerodynamic and would hurt a bit when it hit them. Plus, they're cheap, I could buy several for a dollar and have a couple extra in case I miss with the first one.
