grilled and then cut off the cob and mixed with a little butter and plenty of salt. i hate how it gets stuck in my teeth when eating it off the cob, even though it is technically more fun.
boiled corn on the cob with butter and garlic salt
I'm mad I missed the best vegetable debate, because everyone knows it's an artichoke.
But I like how they serve corn at La Esquina and Habana, with mayo-kinda sauce, chile powder and cotija cheese.
not the cob. there are too many flossing issues there.
usually buy frozen and heat it up with some black pepper. that's it. corn is tasty enough to not need anything else.
Soak in ice water for 24 hours, husk and silk still intact, then grill until charred. Peel husks/silk and liberally apply butter, salt and (optional) pepper.
