The words "Hang in there" are kind of a double-edged sword. They really do mean a lot because it means someone believes in you and they kind of give you the strength to keep going, but at the same time, one hears them so often that they become cliche and over-drawn and less meaningful. Which is sad...

Unless you are dying tomorrow and it actually IS your last day, this is a dumbest thing people can say.
