I'm going back to school (because apparently I am the only one who is impressed by my three associate degrees) and hopefully (ask me next week after my interview) teaching children civic pride through painting. Paul is probably still going to kick ass with all his fancy biomimicry. Oh, and my sister is getting married and I'm doing the cake for it. It will be a busy year for sure, but I'm very very excited. ps> Also I am very excited for Thadd's pizza party when the bet finishes.
I will attempt to reconcile my salary with respect to my feelings of my relative worth to people in other professions (salary too high)

I will attempt to reconnect with my family who I have been avoiding pretty much since high school.
I will fail in the above endeavor because I won't actually call anyone I will just look at the phone with a terrified look on my face. Then I will sweat until I distract myself with a whiskey or video game.
I will feel feelings of loss and regret with respect to the past.
I will oscillate between boredom and feeling overwhelmed in the present.
I will feel despair and fear with respect to the future.
I will be starting my thesis and keeping my fingers crossed that my boss understands that it involves a lot of travel..and lets me keep my job. Other than that, it will probably be much the same as this year.
I am going to help my sister plan her wedding, which will take place in early '09. Weddings are life consuming, and she is my little sister, so I am sure it will consume my life almost as much as it will hers.

I'm going to not go to Jamaica.
i'm gonna do some of the ballet. and maybe some of the tap.
I plan on being:

skinnier

and I'm thinking of running for city council.
